There are two Yahoo dicussion groups that are important for people applying Scrum in Germany. We recommend that you join both:

- http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/deutschescrum/ - is the German language group with less traffic but still worth following.
Agile Tuesday - Scrum User Group Munich
You would be very welcome at "Agile Tuesday" - the Scrum User Group Munich, which normally meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Conti Bistro in Max-Joseph-Strasse 5. Please check http://agiletuesday.org or ask us for the latest information.
