Simon has used lightweight/agile methods since the late 1990s and works with organisations large and small to help them achieve better results by leveraging the power of self-organising teams. He has consulted for or led large-scale agile transitions at DAX companies in Germany, is the author of several articles and speaks regularly at conferences on the subject of agile leadership.
Simon holds an MBA specialising in Creativity, Innovation and Change from the Open University Business School.

Ralf is actively involved in the transition of Deutsche Telekom AG as an agile coach and internal trainer. He designs agile training programmes and supports agile teams in a scaled environment.
Since 2013 Ralf has worked as an agile coach in various lighthouse projects including Global Headquarters DT AG, T-Systems and currently Tel IT GmbH.
Ralf has a degree in engineering, is a PMP, Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP-SM and CSP-PO), Enterprise Scrum Certified Business Agility Coach and Certified Scrum@Scale Trainer.
Agile Development Practices Coach and Trainer
Martin is a passionate software craftsman who likes to run CodeRetreats, and has been involved as a speaker at some of the biggest Agile and Java events in Europe: including ALE, SoCraTes, JAX and GOTO.
Martin is especially interested in software quality and he likes his code well tested so he can sleep better at night. He holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Paderborn and also studied Computer Science at the Wroclaw University of Technology.
Training Coordination and Executive Assistant
Barbara coordinates ScrumCenter's training and coaching activities and runs our back office. If you attend a ScrumCenter course, it is very likely that you will hear from Barbara with joining instructions or when receiving follow up information.
Barbara is fluent in Polish, German, English and Russian. She holds a Bachelor Degree in German Langauge and Literature from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
General By registering for a public course or workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions. These define the complete conditions governing your participation. Changes, additions or customers own terms and conditions are not valid unless confirmed in writing by the event organiser. Registration The number of participants is limited. Registrations are processed in the order received. You agree to provide correct, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for processing and invoicing your registration. A valid email address is required to correspond with you. Your registration will be processed electronically on the organiser's systems and/or on “cloud” services. You agree that we may process your registration as described and that we may share this information with partners if necessary for processing your registration or holding the course. If the course is a certification course, then your data must be forwarded to the Scrum Alliance for certification. We will not sell or otherwise misuse your data. It will only be used for registration and for keeping you up to date on workshops. During a course you will be asked if we may keep you up to date with future workshops and other relevant activities via our newsletter. You can also subscribe to the newsletter through our contact form. Each newsletter issue provides facilities for unsubscribing. Course Fees and Discounts Payment of participation fees is due before the start of the course. For in-house courses, payment is due within 30 days of our invoice. We may offer discounts on regular course fees. To qualify for the discount, you must claim the discount when you register. Published discounts are subject to change without notice. Participants who have not paid in advance may be required to pay at the door. Cancellation/Substitution Registration is binding. Cancellation is possible up to two weeks before the start of a course without cost. After that point the full course fee is due independent of whether the registered person takes part in the course or not. Participants can be substituted without charge. If registrants wish to reschedule a registration within two weeks before the start date of the class, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €100/CHF 100/$100/£100 in the same currency in which the booking was made. To cancel or substitute a registration, please contact the workshop organiser. In the event that a course must be cancelled due to an insufficient number of registered participants or illness of the trainer, fees that have already been paid will be refunded in full. Any other claims for compensation will not be allowed. Delivery of the Training Course duration, price, content, and other details are defined in the course description. The course price includes handouts, materials, lunches and refreshments. Additional services (e.g. dinner) may be provided for specific events. Please see the event description for details. Extraordinary events may prevent holding a course as planned, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to update the course materials and to vary locations and dates of courses. If we alter the date of a course, registered participants have the right to change or cancel without charge. We cannot guarantee that a particular trainer will deliver the course. Trademarks and Copyrights We provide no guarantee that any products, processes and other names mentioned are not registered trademarks of third parties. By registering for a course, you agree to observe the following conditions of use: 1. Materials used in the courses are subject to copyright restrictions and are made available for personal use during the course. 2. Without written permission from the event organiser, course materials, text, photos etc. may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, translated or processed electronically, nor may they be used for internal or external purposes. 3. All materials are the intellectual property of the course trainers and event organisers (except where explicitly marked). Miscellaneous We may draw on assistance from third parties to meet its obligations under this agreement. Should any part of these terms and conditions be found to be incomplete or invalid, the parties agree to replace or complement the missing or invalid clauses with an appropriate solution that preserves the economic purpose of this agreement to the extent possible. The remaining conditions remain valid in any case. We reserve the right to modify the course program as well as these terms and conditions without notice. These terms and conditions and any dispute arising out of your registration are subject to the laws of Scotland.
