  • Agile Transformation

We have in-depth experience helping organisations to introduce agile methods and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. We have taken a leading role in some of the largest and most successful agile adoptions in Europe. Every client is different, but there is a common factor - our mission is to help you to develop your agile capability.

Where Are You in Your Agile Journey?

We work with you and your teams to create a common understanding of the current issues within your organisation. We use interviews combined with a retrospective to help teams, managers and others reflect on the current state of the organisation, formulate goals for the transformation and to take ownership of their future.
We produce a comprehensive report with recommendations on next steps.

    Consulting, Training & Coaching

    Build Your Agile Capability

A combination of consulting, training and coaching follows, customized to meet your needs. This includes training aimed at ScrumMasters, Product Owners and managers.

We will help you roll-out agile within your organisation at a sustainable pace.

We commit ourselves to helping you to develop your organisation's own agile capability through "coach the coaches" and "train the trainers" activities.

    Health Check

Reflect on Progress, Discover the Future

Several months into a typical engagement we return and help you and your organisation to reflect on progress made and to discover opportunities for improvement.
  • Sustainable Success

ScrumCenter is an agile methods consultancy based in Edinburgh, UK and Berlin, Germany with clients throughout Europe and the USA. Every client has different requirements but often our engagement includes looking at the business case for agile, designing and delivering custom training for business and technical staff, coaching and mentoring.

With experience of many different types of projects and our deep understanding of what it takes to create highly motivated, engaged, high-performance teams, we can help your teams to achieve their potential and produce great results for your organisation.

There is a world of difference between Scrum "out of the book" and "speed" Scrum. Our training and coaching is based on experience gathered over many years helping organisations small, medium and large to transition to agile methods. We will help you get to "speed" Scrum faster by avoiding the pitfalls and focussing on the key success factors.

The course was very interesting, well documented and interactive. Simon is a great trainer and we have learned a lot from him.

Highly experienced trainer bringing credibility and insights based on real-life applications of Scrum.

I really enjoyed the way it was presented and the knowledge I gained there was more than I have expected from such a course. The whole course was fun, engaging and presented in a friendly manner. The workshops are great but Simon's experience in product development was the true value of the course. He provided real-life practical examples that helped me understand how I can solve some important issues in my company.

Simon is an outstanding agile trainer and an empathic agile coach. He has a vast software development experience and is a fantastic storyteller. Simon skillfully introduces agile concepts and practices and knows exactly how to bring his ideas across. What fascinates me most about Simon is his ability to connect with people and get a detailed sense of their needs. He shares a wealth of experience, knowledge, techniques and approaches and sows seeds of insights and a deeper understanding of Agile and Lean, that truly grow and transform the way one works and collaborates. Shortly said, if you really want to transform to agile, Simon is your man!

I attended a class held by Simon in 2014 and went away understanding how important personal training and face to face teaching is. Simon is a great teacher who challenges standard thinking and can explain complexity in easy words. Simon draws from his vast experience, substantial knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and excels in teaching by storytelling. His teaching approach is diversified and he is happy to challenge his audience. I can recommend him as a coach.

I worked together with Simon at the agile enterprise transition of the Deutsche Telekom P&I. Simon was a senior consultant and lead this enterprise transition. Simon is like a deep lake of agile knowledge and experience, and it was a pleasure to work with him together. I would very much like to work with him together again!

Simon is an exceptional Scrum Trainer with many years of valuable hands-on experience. He managed to make the course very interactive and captivating.

Simon hat das Thema sehr gut und interessant erklärt. Im Kurs war es kein Moment langweilig. Die Mischung aus Gruppenarbeit, Präsentation und Diskussion war sehr gut
